 Do you have any questions regarding the Better Reads online bookstore? We’re happy to help. We can only answer questions directly via phone call. Q: Does Better Reads have any retail stores? 

A: Yes, we have a retail store in Milwaukee. However, most items online are not available in the retail store. 

 

Q: I bought an item from your online store, May I return it to your retail store? 

A: Unfortunately, no. Since our retail store does not carry 25% of what is online. Any returned item from the online store must be done with our customer service. All returns should be sent via a trackable shipping method, please contact us if you have any item you want to return. 

 

Q: I’ve ordered The Geography of Hope book, How long does it take for my pre-order to arrive? 

A: Basically, pre-ordered items ship within three business days of being received from the manufacturer. Please be advised that we are subject to manufacturer/distributor changes in shipping dates. The estimated date of shipping changes often, but you do not have to worry as we ship it to you as soon as it lands in our store. You will be updated with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Please email us to know more about the shipping details, rates and policies. 

 

Q: Is it okay to pay via check if don’t have a credit card? 

A: We are very sorry but something like money orders, personal checks, and company checks are not accepted. If you do not have a credit card, we are accepting Apple Pay and PayPal as additional forms of payment.
